We are very pleased to announce the continued success of our client, Pinchy’s has now opened their flagship Champagne Bar and Dining venue at 200 Bourke St Melbourne on Thursday 14 November 2019. BrandWorks was engaged to design the interiors and bring to life the Pinchy’s brand into the Champagne & Lobster Bar concept.
After the success of Emporium popup and their sell-out queues at The Melbourne Good Food and Wine Show, BrandWorks was re-engaged by the Pinchy’s team to bring the extraordinary to life (& all things ‘made by sea’) in the heart of Melbourne’s Chinatown. Featuring an immersive Champagne-inspired interior and Bali-esque outdoor deck overlooking Bourke St with DJ booths and day beds, the menu is spearheaded by Executive Chef Pierre Khodja. Bar duties will be in the hands of James Burchett with the venue set to offer an impressive Veuve Clicquot Champgne selection.
