After designing their brand and first store interiors at Nosh Little Collins St, Galleria, BrandWorks was engaged to design their next store at The Glen, by Vicinity Centres. After enjoying the overwhelming success from that first launch, the founders ambition was to take Nosh from the city into the suburbs where everyone could enjoy their fresh Poke bowls, Nori tacos, Create your own meals and asian salads.

The interiors was inspired by customers. When standing at the counter, they can see themselves in a reflective mirror at the end of the store, being the ‘focus’ with Nosh messaging above in the steel frames, to suggest what’s on offer. A large scale internal ceiling light also creates outdoor ambience when seated inside the store.
