Spring Place, Melbourne, by ISPT.

We are very pleased to welcome the launch of Spring Place, located at 2 Lonsdale St, Melbourne.

Comprising of 4 key CBD properties, 50 Lonsdale, Casselden Pl, 271 Spring St (Australian Unity building) and Madam Brussels Lane, the precinct is owned and managed by the super property fund, ISPT. BrandWorks was engaged by ISPT to unify its 4 key properties located at the top of Spring St and Lonsdale St Melbourne with under one common name and brand. With over 11,000 people coming to work in and throughout its buildings each day, there was an opportunity to connect the precinct together for the benefit of its public and private-sector tenants, office workers and ISPT. BrandWorks provided place-making and stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, identity design and way-finding.
