We are pleased to introduce Pinchos & Tapas, a quick-service (QSR) Spanish tapas take-away bar serving real quality Spanish street food comforts in bite-sized to-go’s. On behalf of the design team, we’d like to congratulate Steve and Tatiana on the opening of their store located at Emporium Melbourne.

We were approached to help formulating the brand strategy, brand identity, and interior design, instrumental in positioning this new Quick-service Restaurant (QSR) brand in the market. Amidst a QSR market that is densely populated with Asian-themed fast-casual dining concepts, Pinchos stands out as a lively, delightful, and flavour-intense Spanish alternative. This tapas and pintxos take-away bar introduces a touch of Southern European elegance to Melbourne.
