November 6th, 2021 - BrandWorks welcomes Phuoc Thanh, Melbourne’s finest Banh Mi to Chadstone. When a well established, small Vietnamese bakery institution in the heart of Richmond has something to share with the rest of Melbourne, where does it decide to launch its new brand and flagship outlet? At the largest shopping centre in Australia - Chadstone, The Fashion Capital. Rated as one of Melbourne’s best by Urban List and Broadsheet, this humble Vietnamese bakery family collaborated with BrandWorks to visualise a new brand and concept store design to grow with, working in collaboration with T-A Square Architects, Trust Projects & David-James Nguyen from Vicinity leasing.
