We are pleased to introduce Pastarami, formerly Noir Dining, by Peter Roddy and Ebony Vagg. Located at 175 Swan St, Richmond, Pastarami offers comfort Italian fare day and night with six in-house pasta, local wines, and great focaccia. With Peter’s Michelin background, he saw the need for a change to cater to the bustling inner-city crowd.

BrandWorks revamped Pastarami, blending a high-quality menu with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for casual lunches and lively late-night pasta bowls. The playful name, hand-drawn illustrations, and sun-drenched palette create a down-to-earth brand. The bright, airy design features butter-yellow menus, rendered walls, chequered vinyl tiles, backlit wine bottles, a marble kitchen pass, and a Tasmanian oak bar.

Reopened in June 2024, Pastarami quickly garnered media attention, with a "First Look" article from Broadsheet and over 525 likes on their Instagram post. With its expertly executed rebranding and thoughtful details, Pastarami is a must-visit spot in Richmond.
