Double Happiness, Double the Dumplings.

Neo-Asian and double the fun, the popular Chinese QSR brand, I Love Dumplings approached BrandWorks to help re-position the brand, introduce its new 'Express' concept and refresh the brand's identity for it's upcoming stores in Preston and Heidelberg. A new menu ordering system was also consider in the re-branding engagement, featuring a totally interactive screen where customers could order all their meals remotely without coming to the counter, similar to McDonalds Australia.

The passion and energy from the I Love Dumplings team provided inspiration for the copy and colours with stylistic tweaks make to its existing brand mark, imparting a familiar but contemporary look. Creating a brand with a wider appeal to both Caucasian and Asian customers was in preparation for I Love Dumpling's expansion throughout Melbourne and other capital cities.
